Behind every successful business, there’s a planned MO. For us, it’s our 7-step process which over the years we have followed rigorously to serve our clients. It starts with the site visit where we meet the space we are to design along with our clients. This first step is crucial as it is here where we collect the spoken and felt insights to offer a beautifully bespoke solution.

Post site inspection, we come back and decide on our plan of action which includes bouncing off ideas with the architect/interior designers, selecting fabrics (we source them from some of the best local and international manufacturers), decide on the silhouettes, styling, and scale of the soft furnishings.

Step 3 involves creating CAD drawings and illustrations to give our clients ideas as to how their space would look with the options proposed in the presentation. With the agreement on the quotation, the project officially starts.

Every creation that we bring to life has something new to offer. Our R & D team goes above and beyond to come up with surface ornamentation techniques that demonstrate the textile artistry that our brand continuously tries to up the ante on. 

This is the process where the dream starts taking a tangible form. Our in-house manufacturing teamwork in with their hearts and hands for countless hours to externalize the vision of our clients.

As the saying goes, you can’t make a silk purse with sow’s ears—we use high-quality materials and fabrics to create our soft furnishings. But to ensure quality through and through, we check everything once again upon manufacturing to tick all the right boxes.

This last step concludes our design process. Our expert installation team sets our creations into their proper places whilst ensuring everything is nicely ironed and as per the desired styling. We are always there for clients should they need any assistance in the care, maintenance, and guidance on styling.
